Bikaner is better than Jaisalmer
1. Location
Bikaner is situated in the northeast region of India while Jaisalmer is situated in the southwest region of India. Both cities are quite close to each other and have similar weather conditions. 2. History
Bikaner is a much older city than Jaisalmer. The city was founded in 1488 and became a part of the Muhajir dynasty. In 1526, Bikaner came under the control of the Mughals. After independence, Bikaner remained a princely state until 1963 when it joined the Republic of India.
